Electrical problem
2003 GMC Envoy 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The bottom two power outlets in the dash have no power but the cigar lighter does. also the one in the back console with the air and radio controls all controls work but the outlet does not. all fuses under hood are good.
