The blower on the air conditioner only works when the knob is on 4 otherwise on 1, 2, 3 and 5 it's just like the air conditioner is off. Is there a fuse or something I can replace?

Try the blower motor resistor, it's on the a/c plenum, next to the blower. Test for power at the connector in all settings. If power is present, check the switch.
