2006 GMC Canyon Two Wheel Drive Automatic 84,000 miles

I want to install factory fog lights on my Canyon. I have the lights, switch, and harness. Where do I plug the harness?

If this was a kit, didn't it come with instructions? It may plug in at the underhood fuse block?
