carburetor back fire

Have a 1992 Chevy 1 3500 truck with 455. They replaced plugs, plug wires,distributer, coil and cam shaft. Idles smooth, shows no codes. Perplexed many mechanics.........any ideas??? back fires through carburetor

Does this actually have a carb, not a throttle body? Does it pop back on acceleration or under load or steady driving or randomly? How many miles on the engine?
