I have high beam lamps, but not low beam. I thought it was the lamps themselves, but unplugged the lamp and turned on the light switch and checked current and found nothing, but I turned on te high beams and stuck the wire with the tester and had current. Are there any other fuses or switches that may be burnt out that I can check without first changing dimmer switch?

Hi, I think your on the right track about the dimmer switch, one voltage circuit to dimmer for both high and low beam. The purple wire in the picture, carries voltage from the dimmer to drl, low beam. The tan wire carries voltage from the drl to low beam headlamp.
