There is no service related procedure for this type of situation, and it would really at times. The best advice I can offer, is since the bezel is off of the inside handle, does that give even the slightest view of the linkage rod? If you could grip that and move it, unless of course the reason the inner handle don't work is because the rod is off at the latch. Another possibility is the use of a slim jim, or other lockout tool. I have very poor success with these, so hints and tips are out of the question. The best advice here, try a small wedge device or something to create a gap between the window and door seal strip, just don't break the window. The idea is to create some space, and locate the linkage from the outside handle to the latch. Press down or pull up and see if you can release the door. It may require a second person, and may be best at night(dark) with a flashlight. That way,there is not all that ambient glare and light, and you can get clear focus into the door. For this latter part, you may be able to use a wire coat hanger, or something equivalent. Good luck.
