Engine Performance problem

I have dual tanks I have replaced the relay and both fuel pumps. What would cause the system to stop working. Neither Pump turns on. The truck was running fine then just stopped. I did the trouble shooting in a haynes book for my model. But it dosn't reflect dual tanks.
