2001 chevrolet 6.0. I get a code P0307 ?

i need some help! i have a 2001 chevrolet 6.0. i get a code P0307 which is #7 cylinder misfire, i have changed plugs, wires coil, fuel filter checked the compression (100psi). i don't know what else to try. has anyone got any suggestions?

The compression is too low for that cylinder to work this is why you get the code P0307. It sounds like you need a valve job, here i a guide to help us see the reasons for low compression.
