2003 GMC C2500 V8 Automatic 180000 miles

wipers stay on most of the time.turning key off as close as possible to wiper home and then puuling the fuse will often work .fuse must be out for about 5 min.

The wipers are computer control, you can buy a new board for it at your local parts store it runs about $25
