I am going to start pulling a 30ft travel trailer with this truck. It has the 6liter engine. Would it be better to switch to a oil like Mobil1?

Hello,
You can switch to mobile 1 if you want. I would recommend a heavier weight oil and an Oil Cooler.
Would also recommend, if it doesn't have one, an additional transmission cooler.
