My rear brakes lock and drag but do release. Checked the codes and 12 is the only one which is ABS functioning properly. Backed the rear shoes away from the drums and still have the same problem. Shoes are clean. The truck seems to brake harder in the rear instead of the front. Fluid runs freely though the lines and the wheel cylinders and return springs replaced.
