I have a 92 GMC s15 Jimmy with approximately 150000 miles on it and it has a 4.3 vortec engine in it. At idle it feels like it has non rhythmic miss in the engine and when i go up any hill ther is a noticeable hesitation when i try to accelerate more, it also does this when I come to a stop and take off. This engine doesnt smoke or burn oil and it doesnt feel like its tiring when it runs well. I am just getting frustrated because i just had a tune up ,oil change, and a fuel system clean done at my mechanics shop, and it came back with the same problems that i had dropped it off with. I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions?
