i have a 1987 gmc v1500 5.0 L 305 60km on engine around 150km on truck. its an automatic ..the fuel gauge reads 1/8 on full tank and just a lil under E when empty..it has a new tank, straps and sending unit. the electrical has been gone all through and i checked the guage itself and looks fine to me..why is it reading like this? and how do i fix the problem[img:4452fae270]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/117126_truck_1.jpg[/img:4452fae270]
