I have been using Valvoline 5w 30 motor oil since my truck was new. Do you recommend using Valvoline's high mileage oil for vehicles over 75,000 mi?

Can you recommend a specific K&N air filter system and a specific exhaust system for better performance and mileage?

That oil would be fine for your truck, personally I use Mobil 1 in everything I own.As far as air filter kits, K&N makes a nice one, may want to Google it to look at all of the choices to see which you prefer,just be sure it is smog legal for your state. Same goes for exhaust, it really depends on what you want to spend.High-end systems like a Borla will be alot more than say a Flowmaster system
