My truck sat for 3 months over the winter. When I tried to move it, the truck would not turn over. Finally it did start. We have charged the battery, changed it out with another one, and still the same sluggish start and back firing. We have since, put in a new fuel filter, cap and rotor and spark plugs. The truck is still back firing and stalls when we first start it and put it into gear. According to a diagnostic computer it is giving a message of emissions error. Could this be the O2 sensor?
