No spark is normally caused by a crank sensor issue. So, let's start with these guides and see what sounds like make sense. However, if it were me, I would replace the crank sensor and see if that gets the engine started.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-a-bad-crankshaft-sensor

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/crankshaft-angle-sensor-replacement

I am attaching the info from the manual on how to replace this as well.

If this does not work, then we are going to have to run through this guide to see what else the issue can be:

Let us know what you find, and we can go from there. Thanks

I finally got spark after the fourth crank sensor, but truck still won't turn on. Connected scanner and readout said no codes. Disconnected fuel line on intake to see if I'm getting fuel and I am, but it doesn't start. What else can I check?

Even though you are getting fuel we still need to find out if you have enough pressure.

So, we need to check the pressure using this guide:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Also, you can use starter fluid and spray it in the intake and see if the engine fires.

If not, then we need to change the spark plugs because I suspect you had a CKP sensor issue, and you have fixed the vehicle, but the plugs are fouled from so much cranking and fuel with no spark that they are now fouled, and the engine will still not start.

Let me know what you find. Thanks
