Engine Performance problem
1997 GMC C1500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My vehicle is a 1997 GMC 5.7 liter vortec 4 wheel drive. I have been experiencing a misfire on cylinder #6. I changed the rotor, distributer cap, plug wires, spark plugs, new oxygen sensors (although probably not necessary), and ran a compression test that showed that all cylinders were OK . Could this possibly be an injector issue? What else might be a cause for this problem and what else could I check? Once again, this is only occuring on number 6.
