1994 GMC C1500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1994 gmc xcab 4x4 with a 5.7 and a bad tranny. can i use a tranny out of a 1999 suburban with the same motor and tranny to replace it? if not what do i need. thanks

your transmission is computerized, what makes you think you have a bad transmission? if the transmission on the suburban is the same one computerized. There should be no problem.
