Engine Performance problem
1994 GMC C1500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My Dad has a 1994 GMC that will not start found that the two back plugs are getting fuel and there rest are dry has good spark seemes like there is to much fuel being injected. New fuel pump was installed checked fuel pressure it was good changed out carb has new injectors etc... still will not start tries to but will not go not sure what else to check or what it could be

Have you checked if the other injectors are working? Try this. Pull the fuel pump relay. Try to start it. After crank for a few seconds, retry it with starting fluid. Does it start and run for a few seconds?

Only has two injectors and both are working pulled fuel pump relay engine tried to start but would only try to fire will turning over but would not run on its own same with starting fluid seemed to try to start better with relay unpluged.

If you have spark and starting fluid, it should run. There are three things that can stop it, low compression, timinh, or weak spark. Are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark? Have you checked that? The fuel doesn't seem to be the problem. That is why I had you remove power from the fuel pump and see if it would run on starting fluid. If it still doesn't, one of the three things I mentioned has to be bad.

Check electric pulse to your injectors.

Yes, you need to have an injector pulse. You will need a noid light to check them. However, I need to know if it will start with starting fluid. If it does, then move to the injectors. If it doesn't start, there is an ignition problem.
