My truck is hard to start when you shut it down after it warms up. It is like the timing is to fast. It rolls really slow. The battery is new, so that is not the problem. I cranks over really fast when it is cold.

I know in order to set the time, you have to disconnect a wire but I can't remember the location of the wire. Can you help?

Other than the timing being to fast, is there any other cause for this problem?

there should be a black cover located on the fire wall on the upper passenger side. the wire should be behind there.
