Glove compartment light removal

I attached the process for each of these steps but it appears you are correct that the glove box needs to come out. The normal way to get these out is to pull the side of the box in and it will squeeze out. I don't see that specifically called out in this so that may not be how this one comes out because I see there are some screws that need to come out.
