2002 Geo Tracker misfiring

engine is misfiring when warm,wires and plugs have been changed .the map sensor was changed also,the misfiring has continued,

the vehicle was taken to advanced auto for a engine code check and said cylinder 6 is misfiring and the map sensor is out,a new map sensor was put in earlier by a couple days ,

any help is appreciated

Misfire at a specific cylinder which is no.6 -you check and test the compression and injector for that cylinder.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:
1.Defective spark plug.
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
