1991 Geo Tracker 4 cyl Automatic

I just had the sparkplugs/wires fixed today because my car was losing engine power really bad and it's still continuing to lose power, not as bad but still doing the same thing. I trying going up a hill and it'll drop to 20km/h with my foot to the floor. Also it'll lose power for a second while driving and at around 50km/h it'll start jerking some. What could be causing this?
