Okay my car is actually a chevy prizm. It has a check engine light on and when it was tested it said it was the catalytic converter. I just had that replaced in Feburary of 2008. Now the mechanic has pulled it off(it is one that has to be welded) and said nothing is wrong. There is obviously something wrong with my car because when i try to take off from a light or a stop sign it hesitates so much so that sometimes i have to floor the gas pedal. What else could be throwing this code or should i seek another mechanic?
