Engine Performance problem

when i start up vehicle then cut the air on full blast , i let the car run a few minutes then i pull out the driveway when i go to pull off again it hesitate like it not getting the right amount of gas [like its choking out],or the fuel injectors is slightly clogged , but if i cut down the air to low it goes fine,and it only does it with the air condition on high
