Windshield wipers stopped in upright position at the same time the radio and cigarette lighter stopped working

hi, this could be a few things and maybe only two. you have to check for voltage at the wiper motor when ignition and switch are both in the on position. if power there ground the wiper motor where it bolts to the car if wiper works bad ground.check fusible links these will be near the fuse box under hood or bolted to the starter. if you need to take to a mechanic and you have one avail an electrical shop can help you. good luck. billymac
