Someone in the neighborhood decided to steal some battery and I was one of the target.
In the first picture I believe they cut the positive cable with the clamp. Will I have to dig under and replace the whole thing?
The second picture shows the negative cable and they seem to cut the top cable and left the bottom part. As you can see they sort of cut some of the bottom one but didn't cut the whole thing. Do I need to replace the whole thing?

So here is the question. Do you think it is possible to do this myself and will it be a hard task. I don't mind to get dirty.
