1993 Geo Prizm Excessive Fuel Consumption

Hi,
My 1993 Geo Prizm has suddenly become very thirsty.
It starts, idles, drives, but I can watch the gas gage fall at an alarming rate.

I would be greatful for any tips on where to start looking.
