My question is: Can a 97 Geo engine head be interchangable with a 97 Suzuki Swift? Thanks

yes. the engine was a G13BA and was made for the following models.

1989 Suzuki Sidekick
1994–2000 Maruti Esteem
1989–1997 Suzuki Swift
1992–1997 Geo Metro
1990– 1995 Suzuki SJ413

(suzuki racing developement) alot of these performance parts are interchangeable with the 1997 Geo Metro. I own a 1997 Geo Metro 4cyl lsi model
