1995 Geo Metro Air Bag Light

The air bag light comes on when we start the car and usually stays on while we drive. We've had it checked out by a computer at our local car dealer, and they informed us that it would require an $800 piece of equipment to repair it. Something called a SIR COIL ASSY. Help!

Hi there,

you can get a second opinion on the fault & the cost of repair, but remember that the SRS system is in-op while the light is on. There will be no Short cuts and you should never use second hand parks for SRS repairs.
