1993 Geo Metro Oil Leak

Engine oil leaks from the bottom of the engine somewhere. It happened all of a sudden where it squirts out or gushes out. Top of the engine is clean. What could the problem be and is it easily fixed?

Hi there

Wash down, and run to check for the leak, check the very front of the engine and wher the gear box bolts on, see if the leak is prominent there, check the oil pressure sender switch, also check that the oil filter is tight, another common place for a bad oil leak.
