1991 Geo Metro tbi not shooting fuel

1.0 ltr, three cylindar Geo engine not jetting fuel....spark plugs are firing and there is fuel pressure.

How do I diagnose this problem

Hook up a noid lite on the injector harness if it flashes test the injector/s if not check injector fuse and the computer ground driver/s.
