Electrical problem

my alt is good, battry is good, but car won't charge. Cabels are good termanels are good. No shop I'v takin it too can find out why. has been doing this since 94. Alt lite wont come on to say not charging. it is a three cyl made in Canada. only car we can afford, but it is leaving us stranded way to much, put car on charger twice a day, carry 3 batteries in back to go 50 miles.. Please help.
