Hi, my vehicle listed above VTR has been stud for about 2 years but the gear stick is really stiff to move.

Hi,
This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I'll try my best to help.
When you say it seems really stiff, is the same whether the engine is running or not? Also, have you inspected the shift linkage to make sure nothing is coming apart?
Often times, the shift linkage will attach to the transmission and the shifter in the vehicle using plastic bushings which wear out and can cause this. I attached a pic below (a general pic of a different brand) and highlighted areas to check.
