Gear shifter stuck in park

Changed brakes, headlight, and fog light bulb within span of two weeks. Just stuck in park won't go into any gear, starts up just fine. All lights are working.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a faulty shift interlock solenoid, also known as shift lock actuator.
When the brake pedal gets depressed, the actuator gets triggered and that releases the shift lever from park. A faulty actuator can prevent shifting out of park.
It is located under the shift lever.
