Transmission not shifting properly

my car is in park but when. I shift in reverse or drive it doesn't shift but will move to reverse, neutral, and drive.

Good morning,

It sounds like the cable from the shifter to the transmission may have broken.

REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSY
2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR ASSY
3. REMOVE AIR BAG SENSOR ASSY CENTER
4. REMOVE BATTERY
5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSY
6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE NO.1
7. REMOVE INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSY

8. DISCONNECT SHIFT CABLE GROMMET RETAINER NO.2
a. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect shift cable grommet retainer No.2.
9. REMOVE FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SHIFT

a. Remove the nut from the control shaft lever.
b. Disconnect the control cable from the control shaft lever.

c. Remove the clip and disconnect the control cable from the control cable bracket.

d. Disconnect the control cable from the control cable clamp.

e. Disconnect the floor shift cable from the transmission floor shift assy.
f. Pull out the control cable from the body.
g. Remove the shift cable grommet retainer
