Whenever I select any gear it goes reverse. what can I do to fix this?

Transmission is always on reverse even if the gear leaver is on neutral

Hi,
For some reason, I have no info on this vehicle. However, have you checked to make sure the shift levers on the transmission are moving? Have a helper shift through the gears while you watch them. It sounds like a linkage issue between the shifter and the transmission.
