Gas or throttle pedal sticking

This vehicle is a German right hand drive. When pressure is applied to the gas pedal it sticks. What parts should I look for? Also, how to assemble the spring and other parts back properly?

It looks like there are a couple bushings that are missing. Or that there should be bushings on either side where the pedal goes through that bracket so it cannot move around the way it does. I cannot find a picture of a new one to compare it to and the images I have are for left hand drive.
