gas coming out of my throttle body?

i ran out of gas the other day car shut off at the red light in front of the gas station so i crunk it back up and a small white puff of smoke came out once after starting. i made it in the gas station fine and never smoked again. once i put gas in it i tried to start it and it tried to turn over but wouldn’t. After a few times priming it and trying again it started making a clicking noise like the battery was drained but it wasn’t so after a while i pushed it into a parking spot. Over the next couple days i found a way to tow it and tried cranking it again. It made a squealing noise like the starter was out so I've replaced that. i took the air intake box and air filter all that off and disconnected it to put the starter on, left it off and tried to crank it. but apparently i ruined my battery. It’s been charging for a while i tried to jump it, no luck. After trying to start it for about an hour yesterday i noticed a lot of gas puddled up in my intake manifold and it’s leaking out of my throttle body when i try to start it? also, got a new battery and alternator a few months ago. After taking the starter off i tested it, it was fine so that was never the issue i just put the new one on anyways.
