05 Magnum. Gas pedal is wiggly I need it to be disconnected from wired sensor in order to speed but no higher than 30 mph on a good day. I move steering wheel adjuster to gain power and speed up. When I park it or come to a stop. I put it on Neutral to drive it when it's my turn to go. Goes faster in bumpy roads or alleys. Takes forever to move once out of park. Goes faster when I turn the wheel . The more I turn the more power it gains. Throttle won't read gas pedal if hooked. Once hooked on to wiring. The car won't go more thann 5mph

Sounds like you have a possible couple issues. We need to start with checking for codes as I suspect you have throttle position sensor issue.

The fact that it doesn't go over 30 MPH with the pedal unhooked, it not surprising as you are in de-rate mode or limp mode because of this being unhooked.

When the pedal is hooked up and you have little to no response is due to a sensor issue.

However, if the pedal is loose and wiggles then that is an issue as well that we need to address.

Let's start with codes and we can go from there. Thanks
