Fusible link replacement now my car has no power?

Did you have no power when before the link was replaced? If so, fusible links go out when something major has shorted like the alternator. I would try to disconnect the wiring to the alternator too if it changes and stops the noise. Here is information on the fusible link Check out the images (below). The car was running great before I replaced the fuse. I only replaced it because when I was changing out my battery, I accidentally bent the face and it broke off. So, I don't know if maybe that would have caused a short somewhere or not. If so, where would it have shorted out at?

I have replaced the IPDM, and every relay you could possibly find on the vehicle and replaced them. But I still have the same issue. My power seats work and rear brake lights but nothing else. Found The humming sound is coming from the ABS. Any possible ideas what could be the next possible issue?

Is there a chance the ground cable is not connected to the engine block and car body? Was there a small negative cable that is not connected?

Yes, they are grounded out well. To the engine and the body.

Okay, when I use a fuse checker on the fuses in either fuse box, I get no power, yet every fuse is good. And the battery is good because the ABS starts humming when connected. Why would my fuse junctions have no power to them?
