No power to one row of fuses?

This sounds like the fuses are not getting power. Here is a guide to help check for power from the ignition switch and the wiring diagrams from the switch so you can see which wires to test for power. Vio/Grn and Brn/Yel. Also check all fuses to make sure they are good because a fuse can feed other fuses. Remove the airbag fuse before you begin.
