I have change both 30 amp inside da motor n a 20 amp by the truck door but they have both burnt out 3 times I don't know what else to to n I already checked the hazard realy fuse under dash board still nothing it went out when I turned the wipers on plz help I don't want tickets or get stop for something so simple
