fuse for dash lights?

There isn't a fuse just for the dash lights, there are two that send power to the cluster but they both do more than just the lights. A quick test of it being the fuse and not the cluster itself is simple, Does the dome light work? How about the lights in the shifter and heater panel? They are all powered through the cluster on different circuits. If they work, it's more likely that the power circuit in the cluster failed. For that you are looking at replacing the cluster or having it repaired.
The fuses that power the cluster are M13, M15, M20.
