engine fuse keeps blowing?

We got it in the garage last night, put some good light on it and sure enough the wires from that noise filter on the passenger side were bare and mostly gone. Disconnected it and removed from the car, problem fixed. Subsequently inspected a 2005 and a 2011 my kids drive. The 2011 was developing the same issue, wires were poorly routed and rubbing against each other, rerouted. The 2005 was fine, the issue is all about the routing of these unprotected wires.
