fuse box diagram have no power going to #8 fuse?

I have no power going to #8 fuse, none of course coming out. On the internet all diagrams show location of #8 fuse is were # 13 is. Here is how i found this, I have two codes check engine light on, po156 and po161, pulled both rear sensors and both are wet with fuel and both have 12 volts to them with ignition switch on. I was told to check fuses and found no voltage to #8. When you crank the car up sometimes it will miss and then smooth out and other times it idles and runs find, never misses driving.
