Replaced fuse and unplugged trailer wire. now cruise control won't work, but bl I need do.

Hello,
The fuse in question that keeps blowing is doing so because you have a short to ground somewhere in that circuit. Do you know what circuit is fuse is protecting, or can you giver me the fuses amperage rating and where on the vehicle you got it from, under the hood, or under the dash?

Well that worked and it didn't work. In the diagrams down below I have included a diagram of your vehicle's central junction box diagram and callout. Please identify where the fuse is located and get back to us.
