Ignition fuse location

Hi,

There are many fuses that play a part with the ignition, so I'm not sure which exactly you are referring to. As a result, I attached two pics below. The pictures are for the primary power distribution circuit and shows the main fuses, power to the switch, and how it breaks out from there. I had to cut the schematic in two to make it readable for you, but I did overlap it so you can follow.

As far as a toggle, what is it you need to turn on and off? The idea that the oil light, do you mean it stays on all the time? Please explain.

First off thank you for responding.. It's my car itself i need to turn on and off.. Even the AC still comes on when you take out the key..so i want to install the kill switch just until i come up with money and back on my feet..i have to unplug the negative every time i get out the car. Which we all know is ruining my alternator also. Ugh.. I just need some help on how to install it and where the wire goes too turn on and off from the switch..

I have to be honest, I don't know that I would put a toggle switch in place of the key switch. They make a simple mechanical battery on off switch you can place on the battery. I attached a picture of one I found online. Although you would still need to get under the hood, at least you wouldn't have to remove and replace the cable each time.

I'm only suggesting this because if you start cutting into the wiring harness to install a toggle, you will likely have problems when you try removing the toggle you install.
