Fuse blown car will not start

What is the fuse that is broken, and how much would it cost to replace it? The car will not start. it sounds so sick but I cannot get it to mechanics, so will be grateful with some advice,
I have advertised on Facebook but no one has come over, just keep getting excuses. I have funds to purchase I just do not know personally what this fuse is?
