Fuel tank mounting bolts

I am a female with no budget so I had to change fuel pump myself and I am stumped; it says to replace tank mount bolts but I am not understanding how to get old ones out and new ones in. please help!

If they are not rusted or damaged you just use the ones in the vehicle. No real need to replace them if they are not damaged.
